A nice and a pleasant place to stay over. We had a great experience staying there. All the rooms were newly renovated, nice, and clean. Manager KB was kind, understanding and helpful in accommodating our needs. Housekeeping staff was welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to stay over if you’re around Greater Sudbury area.
We stayed here a couple of nights for a snowmobiling trip. It was exactly what we needed. Room was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Would stay here again.
Absolutely perfect spot for a rest with our dogs. Amazing staff at front desk from check in to check out. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quick stop off the highway.

We had 2 rooms for 2 nights for a snowmobile outing. The rooms were very clean and functional and management was very accommodating to our needs. A pleasant stay, I would recommend to anyone looking for basic and clean accommodations.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Our room had a bar fridge, microwave, and air conditioning. Not brand new but very good for the money. New shower head made for the best shower EVER!
We booked at the village Inn on our way through from Montreal towards thunder Bay. It was cleaned and comfortable and an added bonus was that it's on the old Highway 17 so getting back on our way towards thunder Bay was a little bit quicker than it would have been if we backtrack through Sudbury. The owners of the village Inn are not in their office from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. But the instructions were clear and they checked in with us in the morning. We are traveling with two dogs and although they are welcome, there was a $15 per dog surcharge which is understandable I guess. If some extra cleaning has to be done for some people's pets. Overall, it was a good place to be and just around the corner from a Tim Hortons and a pizza hut
Has all the needed amenities while traveling through. Clean room and easy to navigate to the motel, . Service was very friendly. There is trains that pass by close at all hours, but this is common to hear when traveling across the country (we've done it 4 times now and hear it everywhere).
